1. Overview
In the field of extra-large DC current power supply, multiple rectifier units are usually used to operate in parallel. During normal operation, the current of each unit is respectively fed into the general converging bus. When one of the rectifier units in working state has short circuit and other faults, the system current will flow to the faulty unit, thus forming reverse current, causing major production accidents such as unit damage or series unit damage.
The device has the characteristics of reliable performance, fast reflection speed, convenient installation and maintenance, and can be widely used in non-ferrous, chemical, power transmission and other industries of DC continuous measurement, measurement and control.
In the DC application field, multiple rectifier units are usually operated in parallel. When the rectifier units work normally, the current of the sub-units flows into the total bus in the direction of the solid line. When one of the rectifier units in the working state has a short-circuit fault, the system current will flow to the faulty rectifier cabinet (I .e. the total bus current flows in the direction of the dotted line), thus forming reverse current, resulting in damage to the single rectifier cabinet or avalanche of the entire unit. The SDA-N countercurrent measurement and control system is installed. When the rectifier unit works normally, the measurement and control system can realize the current measurement function. Once the rectifier unit fails to produce countercurrent, the measurement and control system will detect the size of countercurrent in time, and provide signals for the overcurrent (pressure) protection system through the countercurrent detector, cut off the network side, control the protection trip circuit, and prevent major accidents.
